Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

Whilst the highest standard of care is taken to ensure that your Whimsy product is sent out to you correctly. If your product arrives damaged or is faulty, please Contact Us within 7 days with details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. Goods may only be returned if faulty or damaged within 30 days of the purchase date.

No claims are recognised after 7 days from date of delivery, claims must be made in writing via email.  All claims are subject to our discretion; if a fault is found the item will be replaced or credited at our discretion (we will meet our obligation under the fair trading act).

When processing a refund for faulty goods, the refund will be made for the purchase price via your original payment method. You should expect to receive your refund within 3 to 5 business days, allowing the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.



Australia – shipping is free of charge

We use a courier company which does not require signature on delivery and if no one is available at the delivery address, the parcel will be left outside the door at a safe location without signatures.

Delivery takes from 3-21 days from receipt of payment, depending on the items purchased and current stock levels.


International - We can ship to virtually any address in the world.

Delivery - When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the shipping options you choose and pay for.
