Harmony Test for New Moms
Whimsy Kid Pediatrics has been helping kids from birth until adulthood for over 17 years. Now, we are expanding our services to help kids at an even younger age- before they are born! We have just completed our renovations and our new OBGYN center is now open for business! We are welcoming all new parents and hoping our existing Whimsy Kid clients will consider us as well. Our office even offers the earliest screening tests on the market, a harmony test, which will give you an incredible about of information about your new baby.
Early Screenings
After years of giving medical care to new babies and watching them grow into amazing children, we have decided that we wanted to be involved even sooner in the development of children. We decided to expand and open a women’s care center with a focus on new pregnancies. To be even more specific, we wanted to give women early access to a nipt test and other early genetic testing tools. It is incredible what a blood test can reveal about a baby! This early information will help parents make important life choices for their babies and also enable us as pediatricians to offer the best care for the child later in life. Everyone wins with early screenings!
Extended Hours
In addition to expanding our pediatric services to now include maternal care and first trimester screening options, we have also extended our hours. Many of our existing Whimsy Kid parents expressed the need for longer weekend hours, earlier morning hours and later night office times. We couldn’t agree more! We know that you may need to see a pediatrician quickly, anytime of day. In order to accommodate these requests, we have hired two new pediatricians to our staff. Both have extensive backgrounds in pediatric care and have been celebrated in their field. With extra hands on board, we are now open every day from 6am until 9pm! When you or your child needs to be seen by a doctor, we can surely fit you in!
